Some sections of the Website are freely accessible, but in other cases, it may be an essential requirement for the user to provide their data or register in advance using the form provided for this purpose, accepting our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Website is a work composed of various integrated and inseparable elements (text, illustrations, photographs, designs, computer programs – including html codes -, etc.), whose Intellectual Property belongs to KUBO, except with regard to those materials obtained under license from third parties. KUBO and its licensors retain at all times the Intellectual Property over the Website and over the different elements that compose it, considered individually, in all copies made (whatever the medium to which they are incorporated), granting over them only a right of use under the terms expressed in these Conditions of Use, for strictly private purposes.
In addition to the above, KUBO is responsible for the selection, design of the structure and arrangement of the contents of the Web, as well as the one who has taken the initiative and assumed the risk of making the substantial investments aimed at obtaining, digitizing and presenting this, corresponding to it, therefore, the protection that the Intellectual Property laws may grant on it, considered as a database.
KUBO is also the exclusive owner of the design and graphic image of the Web, reserving the legal right to take action against persons who may make imitations or unfair uses of the same.
The trademarks of KUBO or third parties that appear on the Web may not be reproduced or used separately, outside the places where they appear.
Permitted uses
Users of the Web are permitted to:
- Browsing, that is, accessing and viewing the Web on a device, any temporary or accessory reproduction being authorized, provided that it is not voluntary and forms an integral and essential part of the technological transmission process.

- Benefit from the services and advantages provided by KUBO through the Web, under the conditions expressly stated in the different sections.

User behavior
Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services offered through the Website and not to use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, in support of terrorism or in violation of human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of KUBO, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) disseminate content that violates the image and reputation of KUBO or third parties; (v) violate the intellectual property rights, industrial rights, image rights, honor or others that belong to KUBO or third parties.
Only comments, content and publications that are related to or appropriate to the content and purposes of the Website will be permitted. KUBO will have full freedom of decision as to whether the contributions of users are finally published on the Website or not, and will be entitled to remove them when it deems appropriate. KUBO is entitled to publish on the Website the content supplied by users in partial, summarized or abbreviated form.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in its interpretation or application, it shall be understood that KUBO and the user have submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of KUBO, unless the legal regulations applicable in the matter imperatively provide for submission to another different jurisdiction.
KUBO will pursue non-compliance with these Conditions of Use, as well as any improper use of the Website or its contents, infringements of the rights that correspond to it or its licensors, especially those of Intellectual and Industrial Property, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
